Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Team Leads, hereinafter referred to as "the business." By engaging in our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services Offered: The business provides digital media marketing services, including but not limited to social media posting, content creation, standard & technical search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, wix website design & development, lead generation & ads management. The scope of services, proposal or work agreement will be detailed in a separate document.
2. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide the necessary information, access, and materials required for the successful execution of the agreed-upon services. Timely responses, feedback, and approvals are essential for meeting project timelines.
3. Payment Terms: Clients shall pay the business the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered. Payment terms, including invoicing schedules and payment methods will be specified in the agreement.
4. Confidentiality: The business agrees not to disclose any confidential information received from the client during the course of the project. Similarly, clients must not disclose any confidential information about the business without prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the work produced by the business, including but not limited to design, content, and marketing strategies, will belong to the client upon receipt of full payment. The business retains the right to use anonymised and aggregated data for analytical and promotional purposes.
6. Communication: The business and the client will maintain open and timely communication throughout the project's duration. Communication channels may include email, sms, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
7. Termination and Refund Policy: We do not refund due to the scope of work that is needed to excecute digital media marketing services. Either party has the right to terminate the project by providing written notice. In the event of project termination, the client shall pay any existing money owed in the agreement up until the specified date. Refund policies will be outlined in the scope of work, proposal or work agreement.
8. Liability and Indemnity: The Agency will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the Agency's services to the full extent of the law. Our support and troubleshooting services aim to provide assistance with challenges linked to the services we offer. Please note that while we strive to provide optimal solutions, we cannot guarantee absolute resolution of every issue. Our commitment lies in offering essential resources or information to address the problem at hand. We bear no responsibility for any damage to property, loss of revenue, clientele, or customers attributable to actions taken by you with regard to your website, third-party platforms, social media advertising accounts, or any other aspect related to your digital marketing efforts for your business.
9. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Agency's total liability for any claim related to our services is zero liability.
10. FREE Promotions / Articles: Team Leads frequently runs campaigns to promote businesses that are members of our META business communities. By participating in this service, business owners acknowledge and agree to the terms of how and through which media channels their business will be promoted. Business owners also grant Team Leads permission to run promotional campaigns for their clients at any time Team Leads chooses. This free service does not include any additional work such as design, SEO, video production or editing, copywriting, web development, ads management, or social media posting. Any extra services requested by the business owner will be subject to additional charges.
11. Modification of Terms: The Agency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or provided to clients directly. Continued use of our services after changes will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Australia / QLD. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brisbane, QLD Australia.
